Q: How to wash your human hair wig?

1.Gently comb it before washing your wig.

Removing all tangles, start at the tips of the hair and work your way up to the base of the cap. Make sure that you are only using a comb designed for wigs. For stubborn tangles, applying a spray conditioner can help loosen them.

2.For a short wig

Submersing your human hair wig in basin of water with a small amount of shampoo, gently wash or clean it for a longer hair wig or tangling hair. We recommend holding the wig under the faucet of your bathtub or shower so that the hair does not get tangled in the basin below.

3.It is best to allow you human hair wig to air in a wig stand as this is most gentle on the hair fibers.

4.Use styling products(such as hair spray) that are specifically designed for human hair wigs. Use products sparingly for the longest lift span of your wig.

Q: How to make lace wig more natural?

Step 1: Leave out a small portion of your hair for your wig. What looks more natural than your real hair! If your lace front is a full headed one, cut a part with scissors in order to let out a piece of your hair towards the crown. You can leave out as much hair you please, just make sure you blend the hair with texture/color of the wig.

Step 2: Parting the wig according to your face. You can apply the foundation using a basic brush or sponge. Along with foundation, you may use a dark mascara to blend any hair that are not matching your natural hair. The purpose it to conceal any discoloration, so that people can not tell where you hair beams and ends. It should all look as one.

Tips: If the wig is too loose because of the cut you’ve made or just in general. You can braid the perimeter or edges of your hair and sew the wig on. Or use some glue at front hairline to hold the wig on. So that it won’t fall off!

Q: Can I dyed / bleached the hair?

A: Yes.Our hairs are 100% human virgin hair and all our natural color hair can be dyed or bleached to #27,we do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced colorist. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want.We would advise for a one clip weft to be tested prior to coloring or restyling the full set to make sure the resulting shade is what you anticipate. We also recommend using a semi-permanent shape as it is much more gentle on the hair extensions. As virgin human hair will be easily dry after leaving the hair donor,so don't dye or restyle the hair too frequently,it may lead to shortening the lifespan of your hair and possibly cause damage. We do not recommend dying our Blonde or Ombre sets as they have been processed multiple times. Due to the processing they have gone through they do not take to dying well.

Any bleaching is done at the customer's own discretion and we cannot be held accountable if the results do not come out as intended.

Q: Did the hair keep pattern well after washing?

Expect body wave does not act well, other textures all keep the pattern well after wash. The reason for body wave loose texture is the body wave is not kind of original very wavy hair, that is why after wash it turns to natural way or natural straight. Other than that this is great quality hair can dyed to any color, curl and wand beautifully!

Q: Can the hair be dyed or bleached?

All the hair can be dyed and bleached to the color you want, except #613, but you need to do it professionally to get extra color without damage the hair. Human Hair will dry easily after leaving the donor, therefore please do not dye or bleach the hair frequently.

Q: What is the best temperature for flat iron or curl iron?

We recommend 160-180 Celsius degree or 320-360 Fahrenheit degree! Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control. Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.

Q: How to bleach the knots?

1.We do not suggest you heat and bleach together on the lace, because it would speed the bleach products into the lace and damage the lace knots or hair roots. If it had to be heat bleaching, temperature should be controlled with 140 degree.

2.When bleaching the knots, usually it would use blow dryer, it need to control the temperature well and not too high temperature, also try 2-3 times bleaching process and every time use a little bleach products.

3.During bleaching, please kindly do not run roughly of the knots, or it is easy to break the knots and cause hair falling.
